Since you are seeking full management services for your property, the fees listed below will cover our full spectrum of services.
OUR FEE STRUCTURE IS A TIER SYSTEM, BASED ON TWO FACTORS:
Expected rental amount of a unit
Quantity of units being managed, in addition to the expected rental amount of those units
For an individual home being managed by Vision Realty & Management, our fee structure is as follows:

Our goal is to maximize the return on your investment. When multiple properties are being managed by Vision Realty & Management, the entire portfolio will be taken into account. Any bulk savings will be made available to you, the owner, on an individual basis. We want your property management experience to be a great one – so great that you are encouraged to grow your portfolio. In return, we want to reward you for that.
It is our policy that a minimum balance (owner reserve) is available for each property in the amount of $250. This reserve will cover the cost of maintenance requests made by tenants and is completed by our maintenance staff when rent credit is unavailable. In the event that a maintenance/repair will exceed the amount of the reserve (ex: new hot water heater, new AC unit, etc.), you will be contacted, and we will determine how to proceed in a timely manner.
